Unit Characteristics of Film Winding Machine

1. Special double throttle design is adopted for T-type die of film winding machine to make film thickness more accurate. (or use sincere moulds)

4. Temperature control adopts advanced automatic control system, which can accurately control plasticizing process, adjust film thickness and smoothness.

5. Film thickness control adopts screw adjustment and variable frequency speed control traction, which can accurately control film thickness.

6. The diameter of the cooling roll is 370mm and the double-loop cooling system. The temperature of the cooling roll is precisely controlled by the winding film machine and the micro-computer model control machine, so that the film material is flat and uniform.
