(1) Put oil lubrication on gear meshing points, bearing oil filling holes and moving parts of winding packaging machine at regular intervals. Once in each shift, it must be done day after day to persevere in order to be effective. In line with the responsibility for the equipment, it can provide technical support for the future work smoothly.

(2) For the automatic tray winding machine, when filling with lubricant, please pay attention not to drop oil on the drive belt, in order to prevent slippage and loss or premature aging damage of the belt.

(3) The reducer of the automatic winding machine is an important part of the equipment. It is strictly prohibited to run without oil. After 300 hours of first operation, the inside of the reducer is cleaned and replaced with new oil. After that, the oil is changed every 2500 hours of work. This phenomenon is unchanged and must be carried out conscientiously.

It is very important for the lubrication of various components. In addition, we should pay attention to the quality of lubricating oil. For example, the use of industrial gear oil ISOVG150 in the environment of -5 ~10 C, and the use of industrial gear oil N320 in the environment of 10 ~40 C can achieve the ideal packaging lubrication effect.
