On the one hand, product reliability and cost are required to minimize or even avoid failure, ensure product quality and meet reliability requirements, on the other hand, lower production costs are required. Therefore, the balance between reliability and cost should be balanced as far as possible in product design.
Reliability of Bubble Film Machine:
Bubble film machine is made of high quality polyethylene resin. It is also a kind of packaging material widely used at present. Because the air cushion film is filled with air, it is light, elastic, sound-proof, shock-proof and wear-proof. Based on the study of the working principle, structure and characteristics of the bubble membrane machine, the failure mode impact and hazard analysis table (FMECA) was established to determine the potential failure mode and important failure mode of key components of the bubble membrane machine. The failure reasons of the bubble membrane machine were considered by FTA analysis, and the weak links were found out.
Cost of Bubble Film Machine:
The reliability block diagram of the bubble film machine is established. Under the constraints of given reliability, cost and working environment, a reliability index allocation method of the bubble film machine is established by combining the reliability score allocation method with the cost function constraint allocation method. This method not only meets the requirements of product reliability, but also meets the requirements of product economy.
